A big part of this program is psychology. Without having the right frame of mind / mindset / psychology, there is little point in starting any kind of nutrition or fitness program. I will you help you with this. This is one way I differentiate myself from what others offer and it is something that my clients love. Mark explains below how this shift changed everything for him.
I develop meaningful relationships with those who choose to work with me and I have to limit the number of participants so my dedication to you is not diluted. This is why I only ever work wth a maximum of 10 clients at a time. This way, I ensure that I can be fully present, fully committed, and available to you.
